Terms of Service
Effective date: May 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of Clipper Emsa Pro at https://clipper.emsa.pro.
1. Service Description
Clipper Emsa Pro helps users create short-form video clips, generate captions and metadata, store generated media, and upload or publish approved videos to connected platforms. The Google OAuth YouTube feature uploads generated videos to the YouTube channel authorized by the user. The TikTok Direct Post feature lets an authorized TikTok creator preview a generated video, choose required publish settings, confirm consent, and submit the post to TikTok.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and authority to process source videos, generate derivative clips, upload media, and publish content to any connected account or channel.
3. Platform Rules
Use of YouTube, Google OAuth, YouTube Data API, TikTok, and TikTok APIs is subject to each platform's applicable terms and policies. Clipper Emsa Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, YouTube, or TikTok unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Prohibited Use
- Do not use the app to upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content.
- Do not use automation for spam, impersonation, phishing, malware, manipulation, or platform abuse.
- Do not publish API keys, OAuth tokens, cookies, SFTP passwords, or other credentials.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, dashboards, channels, or data that you are not authorized to manage.
5. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on third-party services such as Google APIs, YouTube, TikTok APIs, hosting, SFTP storage, GitHub Actions, AI captioning, and transcription providers. Availability and behavior may depend on those services, API quotas, account status, and platform review approvals.
6. Testing and Publishing
You should test workflows before enabling automatic publishing. You are responsible for verifying video content, title, description, tags, privacy status, public media URL, connected account configuration, interaction settings, commercial disclosure settings, and required platform consent before publishing.
7. No Warranty
The service is provided as available. Clipper Emsa Pro does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publishing, API availability, account approval, quota availability, or error-free output.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Clipper Emsa Pro is not liable for indirect losses, content takedowns, failed uploads, account restrictions, copyright claims, loss of data, API changes, quota errors, or platform enforcement related to use of the app.
9. Termination
Access may be limited or terminated if the app is used unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that creates security, operational, legal, or platform-policy risk.
