Data Deletion
You can request deletion of Clipper Emsa Pro data related to your connected account, generated workflow records, and Google OAuth YouTube upload integration.
Revoke Google Access
- Open your Google Account permissions page.
- Find Clipper Emsa Pro.
- Choose remove access or revoke permission.
Revoking access prevents Clipper Emsa Pro from creating new access tokens for YouTube upload.
Request Server-Side Deletion
Email support@emsa.pro with the subject Clipper Emsa Pro Data Deletion Request. Include the Google account email or YouTube channel identifier used for OAuth, if available, and describe the data you want deleted.
Data That Can Be Deleted
- Stored OAuth refresh tokens and related server-side connection state.
- Workflow records, job logs, generated metadata, captions, and publish history associated with your account or channel.
- Generated media files stored by the app when those files are no longer needed for publishing, audit, or troubleshooting.
Deletion Timing
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or platform audit obligations. Temporary render files may be removed automatically through cleanup jobs.
